COLLECTION OF APPLICATIONS SHORTLISTINGS / TRADE TEST
Applications / CVs are collected against the requirements of our client through the various modes of publicity and the same are filtered by our experts. In the case of a skilled and semi-skilled workforce, shortlisted candidates are sent for necessary trade tests / preliminary examination / tests for skill authentication.
Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by the client on a prescribed date. Interviews are conducted either face to face or through web chat on Skype. Selected candidates are then given an offer letter and agreement to acknowledge; this is shared with the employer on an immediate basis.
Candidates are then sent for medical examination. Documents of the candidates who successfully clear their medical test are sent to the employer for Visa processing.
Pre-departure seminars are conducted after receiving a visa from the employer. Candidates are counseled, trained and groomed to cope with the changes that they are going to experience. These seminars have helped candidates in being pre-prepared for their job profile and in overcoming any potential issues prior to arriving.
CANDIDATE DEPARTURE / ARRIAVAL INFORMATION
After receiving a visa from the client, we arrange for the candidate's departure. Departures are purely based on the convenience and instructions of the client. Departure details are shared two days in advance, subject to the availability of the air tickets.
